Return Policy

We hope you enjoyed your Noffee experience! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can return your purchase within 30 days of receiving it.
Returns are accepted for both unopened and opened items, provided they’re in reasonable condition and safely packaged for the journey back to us.

Damages and Issues
Please check your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve it.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process it.
