Intellectual property

Content made available by us or made available through us is owned by us, our partners or other content providers and includes but is not limited to text, images, visual content, source code, trademarks and is protected by intellectual property law, unless ownership is expressly transferred to the client.
2. We reserve the right to use the completed project and any preliminary designs for the purpose of publications, marketing and promotional purposes.
3. We do not permit the client, without prior written consent from us to:
   i. Copy our content;
   ii. Distribute our content; adapt, modify or translate our content;
   iii. Use, lease or attempt to grant others the right to our content; or
   iv. Use our brand or third-party trademarks or use such branding or trademarks to suggest we are affiliated with or endorse you.
4. In respect of third-party intellectual property that is featured on our website – this may be owned by the third party and does not belong to us and remains the property of the third party proprietor.  Therefore, you agree not to access or use third-party intellectual property.
5. If you believe that content made available by us infringes any copyright or intellectual property rights, please contact us at hello@noffee.co.uk with your concerns or request to remove the allegedly infringing content and supply us with the information that will enable us to locate the alleged infringing content.

Law and Jurisdiction

1. This Policy and the relationship between you and Us (whether contractual or otherwise) shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, English law.
2. If you are a consumer, any dispute, controversy, proceedings, or claim between you and Us relating to this Policy or to the relationship between you and Us (whether contractual or otherwise) shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.

Returns and Refund Policy

You have a legal right to cancel your order before delivery and up to 14 working days after delivery. To do this, please email hello@noffee.co.uk.

For any reason, if you are not satisfied with our Noffee, we will offer a full refund on your first order. No questions asked, and no need to return anything.

If it is NOT your first order with us:
Returned Noffee is not accepted as it is a perishable item, unless there was an issue such as a damaged delivery.
