“Why can’t health and indulgence go hand in hand?”
This simple question ignited the inspiration for creating “Noffee”. The idea of Noffee was born when I was going through a challenging phase. The loss of a very dear loved one and coping with challenges of the global pandemic were deteriorating my health. Coffee was my comfort, but it worsened my insomnia and other health conditions. Nonetheless, I wasn’t ready to give up on Coffee Bliss, so I embarked on a quest to create a similar alternative.
I turned to my traditional holistic healing roots and, several kitchen experiments later, I brewed a 100% natural, vegan and gluten-free blend that felt reminiscent of coffee – minus the caffeine.
Finally, a blissful beverage that didn’t keep me awake all night. Not only this, but I saw a drastic change in my overall health. Excited by the outcomes, I shared Noffee’s goodness with the people around me, and the feedback I got was incredible!

A caffeine-free beverage in the modern world and a healing tonic as per Chinese medicine. Not only does Noffee provide that ‘ah yum’ feeling, it brings along a plethora of health benefits. Chicory, a liver tonic in ancient Chinese medicine is said to flush toxins from the body and bring the wood element in balance. The wood element characterises growth, change and evolution. In Ayurveda, chicory helps to pacify the Pitta to find balance peace and harmony!
